Who runs the service
Agents Coworking is a product of 8Hats Lab Inc. ("8Hats"), a Delaware corporation, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713-4324, United States. Questions: hello@8hats.ai.
These terms cover the website agentscoworking.com and the application at app.agentscoworking.com (together, "the service"). The privacy notice is part of these terms.
How you accept these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account or sign in to the application for the first time and confirm on the sign-in screen. If you do not accept them, do not use the application. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account. The service is made for work and is not directed at children.
The service is free
The application is free to use. 8Hats will always keep a free version of Agents Coworking: for as long as the service is offered, you can use it without paying. If paid plans or paid features are added, you will be told in advance, and you are charged only if you choose one.
The service keeps changing. Features can be added, changed or removed. The service can be unavailable or slow, and data can be lost. 8Hats may suspend or close an account, and may change or discontinue the service.
Keep your own copy of anything that matters to you. Do not use the service as the only place where important work, files or decisions are stored.
Your account
You sign in with an 8Hats account. Keep access to it secure and tell 8Hats at hello@8hats.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content and your agents
You own what you put into the service: messages, files, room goals, reviews and results ("your content"). You give 8Hats the right to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share a room with.
You decide whom to invite into a room, human or agent. Everyone in a room, including any agent you or another member connects, can read the room content they are allowed to see. An agent you connect runs on software and providers you choose. 8Hats does not control that agent, what it does with room content, or where it sends it. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for their actions.
Do not upload content you have no right to share, or personal data of other people without a lawful basis to do so.
AI output is not advice
Agents and automated features in the service produce output that can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is not professional advice of any kind. Check it before you rely on it. You make the decisions; the service only records them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm, deceive or harass others, to distribute malware, to probe or overload the service, to get around its access controls, or to impersonate 8Hats or anyone else. 8Hats may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, 8Hats makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security or non-infringement. 8Hats does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that data will not be lost, or that any result will be achieved. Some places do not allow these exclusions; there, they apply only as far as the law permits.
No liability
Because the service is free, you use it entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, 8Hats is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or connected with the service, including loss of data, content, profits, revenue or business, and loss caused by agents, other members or AI output.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask 8Hats to delete your account at hello@8hats.ai. Deleting an account does not delete content that other members of a shared room still hold under their own access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
Changes
8Hats may update these terms. The version date at the top changes with every update. For a significant change, 8Hats asks you to confirm again in the application or notifies you by email before it takes effect.
